		<description>Master of Science in Fundraising - great idea for Columbia to come up with that. People skills is necessary, but a manager must be outgoing. That&#039;s a first and foremost requirement. I can say that after being part of different groups of organizations and people. I can&#039;t imagine an introvert person or anyone who keeps to himself/herself to be a good manager.</description>
